D\u00e5 brukar jag inte anv\u00e4nda fett n\u00e4r det r\u00f6r sig om vanligt k\u00f6tt, men f\u00e4rs kan l\u00e4tt fastna varf\u00f6r jag penslat dem med olivolja innan stekning.<\/p>\n<p>Stek biffarna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. De kan l\u00e4ggas in i ugnen allt eftersom de blir klara f\u00f6r att h\u00e5llas varma och stekas klart.
