Eller mosa vitl\u00f6ken med hj\u00e4lp knivbladet tillsammans med salt p\u00e5 sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en vitl\u00f6kspaste. Blanda sedan alla ingredienserna i en liten sk\u00e5l. H\u00e4ll marinaden \u00f6ver fisken och se till att fisken f\u00e5tt marinad \u00f6ver allt. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 ett tag innan du antingen steker, grillar eller bakar fisken i ugn p\u00e5 ganska l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme f\u00f6r att den ska bli saftig. Bkar du fisken i ugn l\u00e4gger du citronhalvorna runtom, annars l\u00e4gger du dem p\u00e5 eget fat i ugnen.
