Passar utm\u00e4rkt som lunch, brunch eller middag.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag hade lite bearnaises\u00e5s \u00f6ver som jag serverade till. B\u00f6rja steka l\u00f6ken p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme medan du forts\u00e4tter sk\u00e4ra upp resten till din pytt. L\u00f6ken ska bli mjuk men inte ta f\u00e4rg. Sk\u00e4r potatien i t\u00e4rningar. Sk\u00e4r broccolin i mindre bitar. N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken \u00e4r mjuk tills\u00e4tter du potatisen f\u00f6rs, kryddar och steker s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r fin yta. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven broccolin. Sk\u00e4r loss skinnet fr\u00e5n laxen. Sk\u00e4r laxen i kuber. Stek laxen antingen i samma stekpanna vid sidan av s\u00e5 de precis b\u00f6rjar bli genomstekta men inte f\u00f6r mycket &#8211; d\u00e5 blir laxen bara tuggummiseg. Eller s\u00e5 steker du laxkuberna i egen stekpanna, kryddar och blandar sedan ihop med gr\u00f6nsakspytten och serverar direkt med den s\u00e5s du valt.
