Linserna och bovetet blev h\u00e4r en ny r\u00e4tt: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Med en tomats\u00e5s smaksatt med \u00f6rter och vitl\u00f6k, ett pocherat \u00e4gg och ch\u00e8vre f\u00e5r du ett h\u00e4rligt mustigt mellanting av en risotto och en pytt, full av sydfransk-italienska smaker. Har du som jag linserna och bovetet f\u00e4rdigkokt g\u00e5r det superfort att f\u00e5 till denna goda vardagsr\u00e4tt. Annars kokar du sm\u00e5 linser p\u00e5 20 minuter och bovetet tar ungef\u00e4r lika l\u00e5ng tid (l\u00e4s p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen). Bovete \u00e4r en \u00f6rt, helt glutenfri och nyttig samt med l\u00e5gt GI-v\u00e4rde.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Man kan byta ut ch\u00e8vren mot roquefort eller fetaost till exempel, eller helt utesluta det &#8211; om man \u00e4ven utesluter \u00e4gget f\u00e5r man en veganr\u00e4tt. Har du inte f\u00e4rdigkoka linser och bovete b\u00f6rjar du med att s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 dem. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet och l\u00e5t reducera ett tag. Tills\u00e4tt de kokta linserna och bovetet i l\u00f6kfr\u00e4set. Krydda och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomaterna och tomatpur\u00e9n. L\u00e4gg i buljongt\u00e4rningen och l\u00e5t puttra ihop ett tag. Smaka av kryddningen med \u00f6rter, peppar och slutligen salt.<\/p>\n<p>Pochera \u00e4ggen enligt konstens alla regler.
