Tillsammans med koriander, limjuice, f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, thail\u00e4ndsk fisks\u00e5s, sesamolja, salladsl\u00f6k, schalottenl\u00f6k, gurka, sesamfr\u00f6n och lite annat blev det en h\u00e4rlig asiatisk otroligt nyttig sallad. Den passar b\u00e5de till middag, lunch, brunch och p\u00e5 en buff\u00e9. Arrangera nudlarna med algsallad, gurkt\u00e4rningar, en del av salladsl\u00f6ken, schalottenl\u00f6k och en del av den f\u00e4rska koriandern p\u00e5 ett stort uppl\u00e4ggningsfat. Blanda soja, limejuice, fisks\u00e5s, en del av koriandern och en del av salladsl\u00f6ken i en sk\u00e5l eller ett literm\u00e5tt. Tills\u00e4tt sesamoljan och smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin balans. H\u00e4ll dressingen \u00f6ver alltihop, dekorera med salladsl\u00f6k och koriander och kanske chilistrimlor.
