Toppad med ruccola slungad i god olivolja med havssalt blev det b\u00e5de vackert och gott. Tills\u00e4tt tomaterna, de gr\u00f6na b\u00f6norna och k\u00f6ttet. Efter ett tag n\u00e4r det b\u00f6rjar stelna mer l\u00e4gger du ett lock \u00f6ver pannan och l\u00e5ter frittatan gr\u00e4dda klart. Man kan \u00e4ven st\u00e4lla in den i ugnen ett tag om stekpannan har ett ugnss\u00e4kert handtag. Blanda ruccolan med lite olivolja, flingsalt och peppar, r\u00f6r om. L\u00e4gg ruccolan p\u00e5 omeletten eller direkt p\u00e5 varje portionsbit.
