Saltet tills\u00e4tter du n\u00e4r vattnet kokar upp och du l\u00e4gger i pastan har jag l\u00e4rt mig f\u00f6r att inte skada kastrullen.<\/p>\n<p>Stek l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken mjuk p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i rikligt med olivolja. Tills\u00e4tt de hackade sardellfil\u00e9erna, vinet och b\u00e5da sorters tomater. Krydda med chili, peppar och \u00f6rter. L\u00e5t puttra ihop medan du kokar din pasta. H\u00e4ll av pastavattnet men se till att pastan inte kokat f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge &#8211; den ska vara al dente. H\u00e4ll den avrunna pastan i s\u00e5sen och r\u00f6r om s\u00e5 all pasta f\u00e5r s\u00e5s p\u00e5 sig.
