I kylen fanns ocks\u00e5 finfina r\u00e4kor k\u00f6pta f\u00e4rdigskalade som jag anv\u00e4nt till den asiatiska nudelsalladen. Det fick bli en spaghetti gambonara i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r carbonara. Gott, enkelt och fr\u00e4scht! Servera g\u00e4rna med en gr\u00f6nsallad.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>400-500 gram pasta, g\u00e4rna spaghetti tycker jag till denna r\u00e4tt<\/p>\n<p>1 schalottenl\u00f6k, skalad och finhackad<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite vitl\u00f6k om man vill<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rska r\u00e4kor i den m\u00e4ngd man vill men ca 400 gram f\u00f6r 4 personer<\/p>\n<p>6 \u00e4ggulor<\/p>\n<p>1 dl gr\u00e4dde (inte helt kosher men blir bra h\u00e4r n\u00e4r man inte har baconfettet)<\/p>\n<p>en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>massa nymalen svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>ev. n\u00e5gon \u00f6rtkrydda<\/p>\n<p>riven parmesan<\/p>\n<p>olivolja till stekning eller om man hellre vill: sm\u00f6r och\/eller olivolja<\/p>\n<p>ev. salt -smaka av!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_9909.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-21744\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_9909-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9909\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_9909-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_9909-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_9909-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en stor kastrull pastavatten. Stek under tiden schalottenl\u00f6ken och ev. vitl\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6r eller olja eller en blandning p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den blir mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Riv parmesanen, rada upp dina \u00e4ggulor (\u00e4ggvitorna sparar du och g\u00f6r en god mar\u00e4ng p\u00e5 &#8211; recept finner du h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen genom att s\u00f6ka i s\u00f6krutan uppe till h\u00f6ger). H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vitvinet p\u00e5 l\u00f6kfr\u00e4set, l\u00e5t puttra ihop, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden och krydda med peppar och \u00f6rter. L\u00e5t puttra ihop p\u00e5 ganska l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme medan du kokar pastan al dente. H\u00e4ll av pastan, v\u00e4nd ner den i s\u00e5sen, dra pannan av v\u00e4rmen och tills\u00e4tt tv\u00e5 \u00e4ggulor och r\u00f6r runt, tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven lite av parmesanen men spara resten till uppl\u00e4ggningen. L\u00e4gg direkt upp p\u00e5 tallrikar, toppa med parmesan och en \u00e4ggula p\u00e5 varje tallrik, antingen i sitt skal som balanserar p\u00e5 pastan eller direkt p\u00e5 pastan men d\u00e5 brukar den ofta glida ner. &nbsp;Ta n\u00e5gra rej\u00e4la tag med pepparkvarnen \u00f6ver &#8211; det ska liksom en carbonara (kolarhustruns pasta) vara svartprickigt och pikant!<\/p>\n<p>Tips: om du har gjort mar\u00e4ng dagen innan som jag och sparar \u00e4ggulorna till en carbo- eller gambonara dagen efter \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att l\u00e4gga tillbaka \u00e4ggulorna i sina skal men sedan l\u00e4gga plast under skalen i \u00e4ggkartongen.
