L\u00e4gg i broccolin f\u00f6rst och zucchinin efter ett tag eftersom den kokar snabbare. L\u00e5t koka tills gr\u00f6nsakerna mjuknat, det tar ca 20 minuter. Under tiden strimlar du savoyk\u00e5len och hackar vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra och chili till wokningen. Hetta upp kokosoljan i en stekpanna eller wok, l\u00e4gg i vitl\u00f6k, ingef\u00e4ra och chili och stek ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter k\u00e5len och l\u00e5ter den steka med under omr\u00f6rning tills den blivit n\u00e5gorlunda mjuk.
