H\u00e4rliga medelhavska smaker som jag \u00e4lskar. Soppan \u00e4r l\u00e4ttlagad&nbsp;och passar b\u00e5de till middag, lunch och som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt. Tills\u00e4tt pancettan eller stek den i egen panna bredvid. Tills\u00e4tt den strimlade savoyk\u00e5len och tomaterna, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet, l\u00e5t koka ihop lite innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 buljongen och tills\u00e4tter b\u00f6norna, \u00f6rtkryddorna, lagerblad och pepparn. Riv i citronskalet och pressa i ena citronhalvans juice, l\u00e5t den urpressade halvan koka med. L\u00e5t koka under lock i ca 20 minuter tills k\u00e5len blivit mjuk och smakerna blandats fint.
