Bovete har en god smak tycker jag och \u00e4r helt glutenfritt och nyttigt. H\u00e4r har jag experimenterat och gjort pl\u00e4ttar i stil med amerikanska pancakes till brunch smaksatta med vanilj, kanel och rivet citronskal och med bakpulver i f\u00f6r att de ska puffa upp lite. L\u00e5t g\u00e4rna smeten st\u00e5 ett litet tag innan du steker pl\u00e4ttar i sm\u00f6r i en pl\u00e4ttlagg eller sm\u00e5 pannkakor i en pannkakslagg eller vanlig stekpanna som du rengjort ordentligt f\u00f6r att bli av med rester av l\u00f6ksmak.<\/p>\n<p>Servera vart efter eller l\u00e4gg upp alla p\u00e5 ett serveringsfat som du f\u00f6rvarar i ugnen satt p\u00e5 100 grader s\u00e5 att de h\u00e5lls varma medan du steker n\u00e4sta omg\u00e5ng. Pl\u00e4ttarna ska bli lite frasiga p\u00e5 ytan och f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg utan att br\u00e4nnas. Medelv\u00e4rme brukar vara bra s\u00e5 de inte blir f\u00f6r degiga inuti, du ser p\u00e5 ovansidan n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags att v\u00e4nda dem &#8211; det blir sm\u00e5 porer och smeten stelnar.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med f\u00e4rska bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och l\u00f6nnsirap och g\u00e4rna en god glass. Vi hade romglass kvar som passade fantastiskt bra, men en vaniljglass \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 j\u00e4ttegott.
