Gr\u00e4dden f\u00e5r smak av h\u00e4rlig kardemumma och det hela toppas med en amarettogel\u00e9 med vacker gyllengul f\u00e4rg. Somliga s\u00e4ger det smakar som bj\u00f6rnklister luktar, och jag h\u00e5ller med om doften men tycker smaken blir bra. L\u00e5t sjuda upp utan att koka, passa och r\u00f6r om. L\u00e5t sjuda lite n\u00e5gon minut innan du st\u00e4nger av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5ter det st\u00e5 kvar och dra ut smakerna fr\u00e5n kardemumman. L\u00e4gg gelatinet i bl\u00f6t i kallt vatten i tio minuter. Hetta upp gr\u00e4ddblandningen igen och lyft upp gelatinbladen ur vattnet, krama ur dem l\u00e4tt och l\u00e4gg dem i den varma gr\u00e4ddblandningen. R\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att gelatinet l\u00f6ser sig helt och blandas ordentligt. St\u00e4ll att svalna ett tag innan du h\u00e4ller blandningen genom en sil f\u00f6r att bli av med kardemummakorna och vaniljkapseln. N\u00e4r gr\u00e4dden \u00e4r ljummen men \u00e4nnu inte stelnat h\u00e4ller du den i sk\u00e5lar eller vackra glas. St\u00e4ll kallt att stelna.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r pannacottorna stelnat \u00e4r det dags att g\u00f6ra gel\u00e9n: blanda amaretto och vatten i en bunke, jag brukar ta ett halvliterm\u00e5tt som \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att h\u00e4lla ur. L\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i kallt vatten i tio minuter. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en kastrull med vatten. Lyft upp gelatinbladen och krama ur dem l\u00e4tt, l\u00e4gg dem i en pl\u00e5t- eller glasbunke som du sedan h\u00e5ller \u00f6ver det kokande vattnet s\u00e5 att gelatinet sm\u00e4lter. H\u00e4ll sedan i lite amarettoblandning i taget i det sm\u00e4lta gelatinet, blanda till slut ihop allt och h\u00e4ll tillbaka i m\u00e5ttet som \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att h\u00e4lla ur. H\u00e4ll f\u00f6rsiktigt gel\u00e9blandningen \u00f6ver pannacottorna. Det brukar g\u00e5 l\u00e4ttast att h\u00e4lla \u00f6ver en upp och nerv\u00e4nd sked f\u00f6r att str\u00e5len inte ska sl\u00e5 h\u00e5l p\u00e5 pannacottan s\u00e5 man f\u00e5r upp gr\u00e4ddflingor i den vackra gel\u00e9n. F\u00f6rdela gel\u00e9n j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver pannacottorna i ett tunt skikt s\u00e5 det t\u00e4cker gr\u00e4ddblandningen. St\u00e4ll tillbaka i kylen att stelna till servering.
