Skiva vitl\u00f6ken och ha allt klart f\u00f6r att woka.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen, smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer soja, lime\/citron eller sesamolja.<\/p>\n<p>Koka morotsstavarna i saltat vatten. H\u00e4ll av och blanda ihop alla ingredienser till dressingen som du h\u00e4ller \u00f6ver de nykokta mor\u00f6tterna.<\/p>\n<p>Medan du kokar mor\u00f6tterna och har laxen i ugnen wokar du pakchoien i en stekpanna eller wok tillsammans med vitl\u00f6ken. N\u00e4r den mjuknat h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 soja och slutligen sesamolja.<\/p>\n<p>Fisken \u00e4r klar n\u00e4r innertemperaturen \u00e4r 42 grader.
