Jag k\u00f6per hem m\u00e4ngder av h\u00e4rliga gr\u00f6nsaker som verkar fina och sedan skapar jag olika r\u00e4tter utifr\u00e5n dem och hum\u00f6r med \u00f6vriga r\u00e5varor. En fin laxfil\u00e9 som egentligen kunde anv\u00e4ndas r\u00e5 som sashimi fick h\u00e4r bli huvudr\u00e4tt i s\u00e4llskap av kokt romanescok\u00e5l som jag tror \u00e4r en korsning mellan blomk\u00e5l och broccoli. Den \u00e4r i vart fall b\u00e5de mycket god och vacker och serverades helt enkelt med flingsalt och en touche citronolja. F\u00e4nk\u00e5l stekt med l\u00f6k och en aning vitl\u00f6k i olivolja samt vin med \u00f6rter och <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0007.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-21805\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0007-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0007\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0007-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0007-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0007-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>ros\u00e9peppar var ytterligare ett tillbeh\u00f6r och konfitkokta eller konfiterade tomater, det vill s\u00e4ga kokta i olivolja, var ett annat gott tillbeh\u00f6r. Laxen halstrades snabbt och serverades sedan med alla goda tillbeh\u00f6r. En gurksalsa med \u00e4pple, citron och en gnutt ingef\u00e4ra blev pricken \u00f6ver i. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en r\u00e4tt som \u00e4r mer l\u00e4ttlagad \u00e4n man kan tro, som med f\u00f6rdel kan serveras till en festm\u00e5ltid och som \u00e4r b\u00e5de nyttig och mycket god.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett recept fr\u00e5n f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan, som jag nu lyfter fram.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<a L\u00e4gg dem i en sk\u00e5l. F\u00f6rbered vatten i en kastrull att koka den i.<\/p>\n<p>Torka av och krydda laxfil\u00e9n. St\u00e4ll den \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja steka f\u00f6rst l\u00f6ken och d\u00e4refter f\u00e4nk\u00e5len i en stekpanna p\u00e5 mellanl\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den inte tar f\u00e4rg men blir mjuk och fin i smaken. Krydda med \u00f6rtkryddor, salt och peppar. N\u00e4r f\u00e4nk\u00e5len \u00e4r mjuk h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 vinet och l\u00e5ter det puttra in. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven lite av olivoljan du kokat tomaterna i. Dem kokar du med f\u00f6rdel under tiden som l\u00f6k och f\u00e4nk\u00e5l l\u00e5ngsamt steks mjukt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r tomaterna: l\u00e4gg olivoljan och vitl\u00f6kshalvorna i en tjockbottnad liten kastrull. L\u00e5t hetta upp f\u00f6rsiktigt p\u00e5 ganska l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. N\u00e4r oljan \u00e4r varm l\u00e4gger du i tomaterna och l\u00e5ter dem koka i oljan tills de \u00e4r mjuka. Man ser att de b\u00f6rjar tappa skalen och lite saft. Dra av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Salta lite.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienserna till gurksalsan, smaka av &#8211; mer citron, ingef\u00e4ra, salt, olivolja? St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan n\u00e4r du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med smakerna, de mognar dessutom n\u00e4r den st\u00e5r till sig.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r f\u00e4nk\u00e5len b\u00f6rjar bli klar steker du laxen i ganska het panna s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r fin yta men fortfarande \u00e4r lite r\u00e5 i mitten.
