H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite limejuice och den skivade\/strimlade salladsl\u00f6ken samt lite peppar. Salt och peppra och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite olivolja och balsamvin\u00e4ger. Dressa runt salladen s\u00e5 alla blad f\u00e5tt en gnutt dressing \u00f6ver sig. L\u00e4gg upp salladen i botten p\u00e5 sk\u00e5larna\/couperna\/glasen du valt att servera coctailen i. L\u00e4gg r\u00e4korna ovanp\u00e5 och toppa med att dekorera med tomaterna runtom.
