Jag serverade dem med en tomats\u00e5s f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkt med sm\u00e5 goda puylinser och en sallad. Krydda med \u00f6rter och peppar och kanske lite chili. Ta av v\u00e4rmen n\u00e4r sardellerna smulat sig. Det \u00e4r bra om zucchinin inte blir f\u00f6r genomstekt eftersom den mjuknar i ugnen sedan. Vispa upp \u00e4ggen med en gaffel s\u00e5 \u00e4ggulor och -vitor g\u00e5r ihop utan att sl\u00e5s s\u00f6nder f\u00f6r mycket. Blanda ner det avsvalnade gr\u00f6nsaks-sardellfr\u00e4set. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven parmesanen. H\u00e4ll upp i en muffinspl\u00e5t som du smort med sm\u00f6r eller olja. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 170 grader. De blir klara p\u00e5 20 minuter.
