Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret skuret i kuber. Arbeta snabbt ihop till en smidig deg. Du kanske beh\u00f6ver mer mj\u00f6l eller mer sm\u00f6r f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till en bra konsistens.<\/p>\n<p>Rulla sm\u00e5 tillplattade bollar av degen som du l\u00e4gger i muffinsformar p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. Tryck till med tummen eller en tesked i mitten s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en liten grop d\u00e4r du l\u00e4gger en klick sylt. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till 200 grader. De brukar vara klara d.v.s. torra och gyllene efter ca 10 minuter. Om de bakas f\u00f6r kort tid blir de degiga i mitten och bakas de f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge blir de br\u00e4nda och torra.
