Serverat med sallad blev det en h\u00e4rlig m\u00e5ltid innan v\u00e5rvinterpromenaden! P\u00e5l\u00e4ggen g\u00e5r att variera utifr\u00e5n vad du har i kylen &#8211; rester av k\u00f6tt, kyckling, lax, prosciutto, skinka, vanlig ost, parmesan, ch\u00e8vre, s\u00e5ser, r\u00f6ror, \u00f6rter, olika gr\u00f6nsaker\u2026&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Portionerna \u00e4r v\u00e4l tilltagna, f\u00f6r den hungrige. Jag tills\u00e4tter g\u00e4rna vitl\u00f6ken efter ett tag men om du vill ha diskret vitl\u00f6kstouche gnider du bara in br\u00f6dskivorna med en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta innan de steks. Till slut steker du \u00e4ggen p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i olivolja, krydda dem och l\u00e5t dem g\u00e4rna vara &#8221;sunny side up&#8221; &#8211; de \u00e4r klara n\u00e4r \u00e4ggvitan stelnat men \u00e4ggulorna fortfarande \u00e4r mjuka och sedan rinner ut n\u00e4r du \u00e4ter och blandar sig med \u00f6vriga h\u00e4rliga smaker.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ett salladsblad p\u00e5 varje stekt br\u00f6dskiva, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en sked salsa, d\u00e4refter skinkan, avokadon, parmesanen och slutligen de stekta \u00e4ggen. L\u00e4gg sallad bredvid som du dressar med t.ex. olivolja, en god vin\u00e4ger, salt och peppar.
