R\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 alla klyftor f\u00e5r olja och smaks\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 sig. H\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och st\u00e4ll klyftorna upp innan du st\u00e4ller pl\u00e5ten i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Forts\u00e4tt med rotfrukterna &#8211; g\u00f6r likadant som med potatisen men h\u00e4r beh\u00f6vs det lite mindre olja eftersom de inte suger olja p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 grund av att de inte \u00e4r lika st\u00e4rkelserika. H\u00e4ll upp rotfrukterna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och st\u00e4ll den ocks\u00e5 i ugnen. Om du har sky hettar du upp den och har beredd att doppa k\u00f6ttskivorna i precis innan du ska montera sandwicharna och servera. Stek br\u00f6dskivorna i olivolja strax innan det \u00e4r dags att servera.
