Men det g\u00e5r sj\u00e4lvklart ocks\u00e5 bra med vanlig torskrygg. Soppan passar lika bra till vardags som till fest, vid det senare tillf\u00e4llet \u00e4r du bara mer noga med ditt val av r\u00e5varor och hur du sk\u00e4r dem medan det till vardags kan r\u00e4cka med fryst fisk. &nbsp;Dekorera soppan med f\u00e4rsk koriander, strimlor av r\u00f6d chili och v\u00e5rl\u00f6k.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag skar mor\u00f6tterna&nbsp;<em>julienne,&nbsp;<\/em>vilket \u00e4r att strimla dem i smala j\u00e4mna bitar &#8211; du kan annars \u00e4ven sk\u00e4ra dem i stavar<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0201.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-21948\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0201-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0201\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0201-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0201-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0201-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4-6 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 paket risnudlar (de har f\u00f6rdelen att \u00e4ven vara glutenfria)<\/p>\n<p>2,5 liter god buljong (jag anv\u00e4nde fiskfond blandad med gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong)<\/p>\n<p>4 mor\u00f6tter, skalade och skurna i stavar eller strimlor<\/p>\n<p>1-2 broccolist\u00e5nd, plockade till sm\u00e5 buketter &#8211; gl\u00f6m inte att anv\u00e4nda den goda stj\u00e4lken som du skalar och sedan sk\u00e4r i bitar <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0202.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-21949\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0202-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0202\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0202-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0202-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0202-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>eller stavar<\/p>\n<p>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och fint skivade<\/p>\n<p>4-5 cm f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad, skivad och d\u00e4refter skuren i strimlor<\/p>\n<p>2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och skurna i strimlor<\/p>\n<p>2 r\u00f6da chilifrukter, tv\u00e4ttade &#8211; den ena skivar du p\u00e5 tv\u00e4ren, den andra g\u00f6r du vackra l\u00e4ngre strimlor av<\/p>\n<p>1 kruka f\u00e4rsk koriander<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0204.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-21950\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0204-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0204\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0204-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0204-113x150.jpg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/03\/IMG_0204-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3-4 stj\u00e4lkar salladsl\u00f6k, tv\u00e4ttad och skuren i skivor eller strimlor<\/p>\n<p>6-8 f\u00e4rska limefrukter eller n\u00e5gra limefrukter och n\u00e5gra citroner, pressade<\/p>\n<p>600-800 gram fisk, t.ex. den fina skreitorsken men \u00e4ven annan f\u00e4rsk eller fryst fisk g\u00e5r bra<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite salt (smaka av om s\u00e4ltan i buljongen r\u00e4cker)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll buljongen och fonden i en stor kastrull. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmen och tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken, ingef\u00e4ran, schalottenl\u00f6ken och chilin skuren p\u00e5 snedden. L\u00e5t v\u00e4rmas upp och sm\u00e5puttra s\u00e5 smakerna frig\u00f6rs under tiden som du sk\u00e4r i ordning gr\u00f6nsaker, fisk och garnityr.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en annan kastrull med vatten till nudlarna. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r mitt tips efter att jag faktiskt inte gjorde s\u00e5, utan lade nudlarna i buljongen vilket gjorde soppan v\u00e4ldigt sv\u00e5r att servera och tyv\u00e4rr ocks\u00e5 ledde till att fisken l\u00e4tt gick s\u00f6nder. F\u00f6r en snyggare uppl\u00e4ggning kokar du nudlarna till perfektion bredvid, d.v.s. n\u00e5got kortare tid \u00e4n vad som anges p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen, sk\u00f6ljer av dem i kallt vatten och s\u00e5 inf\u00f6r serveringen bottnar du sk\u00e5larna med nudlar innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 buljongen med gr\u00f6nsaker och fisk.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det n\u00e4rmar sig servering l\u00e4gger du i gr\u00f6nsakerna och sist fisken. Har du skurit mor\u00f6tterna&nbsp;<em>julienne <\/em>och broccolin i sm\u00e5 buketter&nbsp;g\u00e5r det fort att koka dem, \u00e4r moroten d\u00e4remot i stavar f\u00e5r du ber\u00e4kna lite l\u00e4ngre koktid. Fisken beh\u00f6ver bara ca tv\u00e5 minuter f\u00f6r att precis bli klar. Smaka av med ganska rikligt med citron- och limesaft strax innan servering. H\u00e4ll upp soppan i dina sk\u00e5lar med nudlar. Toppa med f\u00e4rsk koriander, salladsl\u00f6k och chilistrimlor.
