Men g\u00f6r inte som jag &#8211; min smet blev i l\u00f6saste laget eftersom jag slarvade med att krama ur zucchinin. Halva smeten blev en helt ny r\u00e4tt i form av p\u00e5skgula minifrittatas som ni s\u00e5g recept p\u00e5 i s\u00f6ndags. Salta l\u00e4tt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i cirka tio minuter. L\u00e5t rinna av i ett durkslag. Krama v\u00e4tskan ur den rivna zucchinin och blanda med de \u00f6vriga ingredienserna. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 ytterligare tio minuter s\u00e5&nbsp;fibrerna hinner sv\u00e4lla. Om man inte kramar ur v\u00e4tskan ordentligt blir det mindre bra kan jag intyga. Jag fick helt enkelt anv\u00e4nda h\u00e4lften av smeten till n\u00e5got helt annat eftersom den var f\u00f6r bl\u00f6t. Det blev en sats zucchinipl\u00e4ttar och en sats miniomeletter:)<\/p>\n<p>Stek sm\u00e5 biffar p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt med dina tillbeh\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Parmesankvarnen fr\u00e5n Zeta du ser p\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r en nyhet som jag verkligen gillar. Vi har k\u00f6pt dyra elektriska parmesankvarnar i Italien som \u00e4rligt talat \u00e4r ganska kassa, \u00e4ven om de \u00e4r snyggare \u00e4n den h\u00e4r &#8211; men:&nbsp;\u00c4ntligen en som funkar!
