Lammsteken kokas l\u00e4nge och v\u00e4l i r\u00f6dvin, och blir lite som pulled pork fast p\u00e5 lamm. R\u00e4tten blir klar p\u00e5 egen hand medan du pysslar med annat. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att anv\u00e4nda en slowcooker om du har en s\u00e5dan, annars tar du en stor gjutj\u00e4rnsgryta och har den p\u00e5 spisen eller \u00e4nnu hellre i ugnen med ugnss\u00e4kert lock. Servera g\u00e4rna gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor och kanske potatis i n\u00e5gon form till. Jag serverade br\u00e4serade sm\u00e5 linser till samt ugnsrostade potatishalvor. Av stekskyn blir det en underbar mustig r\u00f6dvinss\u00e5s. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en perfekt r\u00e4tt f\u00f6r en h\u00e4rlig s\u00f6ndagmiddag. Vill du ha lammk\u00f6ttet mer rosa \u00e4n den h\u00e4r v\u00e4lkokta varianten l\u00e5ter du den bara br\u00e4seras i ugn med en termometer instucken. L\u00e5t skyn puttra ihop s\u00e5 den reduceras och blir intensiv i smaken. Smaka av om du beh\u00f6ver mer s\u00e4lta. Sk\u00e4r upp lammet, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett fat. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 en del av r\u00f6dvinsskyn och servera resten i en s\u00e5ssnipa. Servera med gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor, ett gott br\u00f6d att doppa i s\u00e5sen och g\u00e4rna en fr\u00e4sch sallad. Den som vill kan \u00e4ven servera potatis till &#8211; till exempel rostad potatis, potatisklyftor, potatismos eller grat\u00e4ng.
