Det \u00e4r ju ganska l\u00e4tt nu n\u00e4r vi hittar f\u00e4rdig inl\u00e4ggningssill i aff\u00e4rerna och inte beh\u00f6ver laka ur saltad sill. D\u00e5 kan man fokusera p\u00e5 goda smaks\u00e4ttningar.&nbsp;Den traditionella l\u00f6ksillen \u00e4r en av mina favoriter. H\u00e4r har jag gjort en sill med r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och smak av flera sorters peppar och lime. L\u00e5t koka upp, l\u00e4gg i alla pepparsorter och det strimlade limeskalet. L\u00e5t lagen svalna helt. Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e5 den pressade limesaften.<\/p>\n<p>Varva sillbitar och l\u00f6kstrimlor i en bunke eller glasburk med lock. V\u00e4ljer du att ha med chili kan du l\u00e4gga n\u00e5gra skivor i varven. H\u00e4ll den kalla lagen \u00f6ver s\u00e5 att sillen t\u00e4cks helt.
