De kan \u00e4ven serveras med brynt sm\u00f6r och friterad salvia. Blanda ihop till en j\u00e4mn deg. Tills\u00e4tt mer mj\u00f6l om degen \u00e4r f\u00f6r kladdig. Den ska inte vara stabbig men samtidigt vara hanterbar.<\/p>\n<p>Koka gnocchin i rikligt med saltat vatten. Jag brukar stoppa ner dem en och en, eftersom det brukar vara sv\u00e5rt att stj\u00e4lpa ner dem fr\u00e5n sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan. Men om du lagt lite mj\u00f6l p\u00e5 den innan gnicchisarna kan det g\u00e5 l\u00e4ttare. &nbsp;Den \u00e4r klar n\u00e4r den flyter upp. Sedan blandar jag den med den s\u00e5s eller det tillbeh\u00f6r jag vill servera den med.
