Bollarna f\u00e5r smak av parmesan och serveras med rostade rotfrukter som blir klara i ugnen medan du g\u00f6r bollarna. De serverades med en s\u00e5s i originalreceptet p\u00e5 matlagningsyoghurt&nbsp;med sweet chilis\u00e5s men jag t\u00e4nker man kan g\u00f6ra ett alternativ med citron och \u00f6rter. Eller som jag gjorde: en mer asiatisksmakande mj\u00f6lkfri s\u00e5s p\u00e5 tahini som du finner i eget inl\u00e4gg h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen. Problemet var bara att jag inte alls fick bollarna att vare sig bli bollar eller h\u00e5lla ihop ordentligt. Jag misst\u00e4nker att jag kokade broccolin f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge, d\u00e4rut\u00f6ver inte l\u00e4t den \u00e5nga av ordentligt och d\u00e4rmed fick en f\u00f6r l\u00f6s smet. Vi r\u00e5dde bot p\u00e5 det genom att ha i mer mandelmj\u00f6l, mer \u00e4gg men \u00e4ven bovetemj\u00f6l som binder ihop bra och dessutom sv\u00e4ller efter ett tag. Det blev goda och nyttiga broccolipl\u00e4ttar. R\u00f6r runt, h\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen p\u00e5 175-200 grader i ca 30 minuter tills de blivit mjuka och gyllenbruna.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop en s\u00e5s med den smaks\u00e4ttning du v\u00e4ljer.&nbsp;Tahinis\u00e5sen publicerades idag i eget inl\u00e4gg bredvid detta. Du kan \u00e4ven s\u00f6ka i s\u00f6krutan uppe till h\u00f6ger p\u00e5 &#8221;tahini&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t den kokta broccolin \u00e5nga av i durkslag s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r s\u00e5 &#8221;torr&#8221; som m\u00f6jligt. Mixa den med ost, mandelmj\u00f6l, \u00e4gg och salt. P\u00e5 slutet h\u00e4llde jag smeten i en bunke och r\u00f6rde i mj\u00f6let. Krydda g\u00e4rna med vitl\u00f6k och \u00f6rter om du vill.
