Antingen kryddar du \u00e4ggsmeten med salt och peppar direkt eller s\u00e5 kryddar du den f\u00e4rdiga frittatan.<\/p>\n<p>Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den blir mjuk och glansig utan att ta f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg i h\u00e4lften av tomathalvorna och stek dem f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 skalsidan och sedan med snittytan ned\u00e5t. V\u00e4nd upp dem n\u00e4r de b\u00f6rjar mjukna, \u00f6ka v\u00e4rmen i pannan och h\u00e4ll \u00e4ggsmeten \u00f6ver. S\u00e4nk omedelbart v\u00e4rmen till ganska l\u00e5g och lyft hela tiden f\u00f6rsiktigt smeten i kanterna och i mitten s\u00e5 l\u00f6s \u00e4ggsmet rinner ner till botten av pannan f\u00f6r att stelna. Du f\u00e5r inte r\u00f6ra f\u00f6r mycket i den, den m\u00e5ste forts\u00e4tta att h\u00e5lla ihop och som sagt inte bli \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. N\u00e4r \u00e4ggen b\u00f6rjar stelna mer l\u00e4gger du p\u00e5 ch\u00e8vreskivorna och resten av tomathalvorna. Som du ser p\u00e5 bilden hade jag ont om tomater och skar de ganska stora Romanticatomaterna i klyftor i st\u00e4llet. Krydda med herbes de Provence eller andra \u00f6rter, salta och peppra. L\u00e4gg ett lock \u00f6ver eller st\u00e4ll \u00e4nnu hellre in hela pannan i ugn som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 175-200 grader. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 och gr\u00e4ddas s\u00e5 osten f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg. Tag ut och servera direkt med en sallad.
