De blir fantastiskt goda; enkelt och lite nyttigare godis som barnen \u00e4lskar att g\u00f6ra.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">H\u00e4r har sonen gjort b\u00e5de bollar och sk\u00e5l med kokos i samt bajskorv! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r diabetiker kan de h\u00e4r vara ett bra alternativ eftersom s\u00f6tman kommer fr\u00e5n lite vaniljsocker, dra g\u00e4rna ner p\u00e5 m\u00e4ngden ytterligare och tills\u00e4tt i st\u00e4llet lite \u00e4kta vaniljpulver som ju \u00e4r helt sockerfritt.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">3\u00bd dl havregryn<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">100 gram sm\u00f6r, inte direkt kylsk\u00e5pskallt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1 msk vaniljsocker<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">ca 3 msk kakao \u2013 anpassa m\u00e4ngden och styrkan efter smak<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">ev. extra str\u00f6socker eller finmalet r\u00e5socker \u2013 anpassa s\u00f6tman efter smaken<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">ev. lite starkt kaffe (g\u00e4rna espresso)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">kokosflingor av h\u00f6g kvalitet (g\u00e4rna ekologiska och s\u00e5 f\u00e4rska som m\u00f6jligt) till rullning<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #000000\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Blanda ihop ingredienserna utom kokosflingorna till en j\u00e4mn gegga \u2013 i matberedare eller f\u00f6r hand. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att i matberedare vara varsam eftersom havregrynen snabbt mals s\u00f6nder av knivarna. Smaka av s\u00f6tman och kakaobalansen efter tycke och smak. Till vuxna njutare kan det vara gott att ha lite mer kakao och \u00e4ven ha med en skv\u00e4tt starkt kaffe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Rulla bollar i den storlek ni \u00f6nskar \u2013 vi gillar att g\u00f6ra dem ganska sm\u00e5 som mumsiga munsbitar, \u00e4ven om sonen har en f\u00f6rk\u00e4rlek f\u00f6r att rulla sm\u00e5 bruna korvar\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Rulla dem i goda kokosflingor och l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 ett fat.
