Jag har dessutom serverat den med likaledes gr\u00f6na tillbeh\u00f6r i form av en krispkr\u00e4mig salsa p\u00e5 avokado och gurka. Str\u00f6 den rivna parmesanen \u00f6ver. L\u00e5t laxen st\u00e5 tills din potatis kokat klart <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/04\/IMG_0425.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-22134\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/04\/IMG_0425-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0425\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/04\/IMG_0425-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/04\/IMG_0425-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/04\/IMG_0425-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>samtidigt som du g\u00f6r salsan. St\u00e4ll in laxen s\u00e5 den blir klar n\u00e4r potatisen \u00e4r klar, laxbitarna tar ca 10-15 minuter i 170 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r avokadon i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar genom att f\u00f6rst dela den, ta ur k\u00e4rnan, sk\u00e4ra sk\u00e5ror i rutm\u00f6nster ner i skalet med en kniv och d\u00e4refter gr\u00f6pa ur k\u00f6ttet med en sked ner i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Skala gurkan och dela den p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden, gr\u00f6p ur k\u00e4rnhuset som \u00e4r ganska blasigt och vattnigt. Sk\u00e4r gurkan i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan till servering.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda laxen ganska h\u00f6gt upp i ugnen s\u00e5 osten f\u00e5r chans att ta lite f\u00e4rg utan att br\u00e4nnas.
