Hur som helst \u00e4r det en mycket god r\u00e4tt som jag l\u00e4nge hade som favorit n\u00e4r jag var liten &#8211; Coeur de&nbsp;filet provencal. Jag har alltid \u00e4lskat vitl\u00f6k och h\u00e4r f\u00e5r man sitt lystm\u00e4te med vitl\u00f6kssm\u00f6ret som sm\u00e4lter ner \u00f6ver k\u00f6ttet och potatisen. Grundreceptet f\u00f6reskriver r\u00e5stekt potatis i stekpanna men jag f\u00f6renklar genom att l\u00e4gga den i en ugnsfast form och steka den i ugn som en slags potatiskaka. Ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver, salt och peppra och gr\u00e4dda i 200 grader ugn i ca 40 minuter. Potatisen ska vara mjuk i mitten och lite knaperstekt i kanten.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop vitl\u00f6kssm\u00f6ret. Koka b\u00f6norna. Peppra och salta k\u00f6ttet, stek det i en blandning av sm\u00f6r och olja f\u00f6r b\u00e4sta resultat.
