Om du valt att ha i mor\u00f6tter tills\u00e4tter du dem ocks\u00e5. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven b\u00f6norna eller kik\u00e4rtorna. L\u00e5t puttra under lock. Strax innan det \u00e4r dags att servera l\u00e4gger du i fiskbitarna och l\u00e5ter dem sjuda i fem minuter s\u00e5 de blir precis kokta utan att bli \u00f6verkokta &#8211; det tar bara n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 minuter. Servera direkt med hackad koriander. Jag serverade nybakade glutenfria kuvertbr\u00f6d till.
