Tills\u00e4tt potatis, mor\u00f6tter, buljong, citronskal och en del av saften, broccoli, b\u00f6nor, spenat eller det alternativ du valt. Krydda med peppar och \u00f6rter. L\u00e5t puttra tills gr\u00f6nsakerna mjuknat ordentligt. Du kan g\u00e4rna mosa potatisen och b\u00f6norna en aning s\u00e5 att soppan blir kr\u00e4mig och fin. Smaka av med salt, citronsaft och ringla olivolja \u00f6ver.
