Tills\u00e4tt sedan vinet, l\u00e5t puttra ihop och tills\u00e4tt citronskal, kapris, broccoli, fetaost, \u00f6rter, salt och peppar. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att s\u00e5v\u00e4l ostarna som kaprisen \u00e4r salta i sig. Strax innan du ska servera tills\u00e4tter du k\u00f6ttet och citronsaften och l\u00e5ter k\u00f6ttet precis bara bli varmt utan att stek-koka f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 det blir tr\u00e5kigt.
