Riv skalet fr\u00e5n de tv\u00e4ttade citronerna, pressa saften. Hacka basilikan och riv parmesanen. N\u00e4r pastan kokat s\u00e5 den \u00e4r perfekt al dente h\u00e4ller du av den men sparar n\u00e5gra msk av pastavattnet. Det \u00e4r ett italienskt k\u00f6ksknep som man ofta g\u00f6r f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till en bra s\u00e5s d\u00e4r det st\u00e4rkelserika pastavattnet agerar konsistensgivare och bidrar med s\u00e4lta och r\u00e4tta kr\u00e4migheten. N\u00e5gra ordentliga tag med pepparkvarnen och din r\u00e4tt \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig att serveras med lite av parmesanen p\u00e5 toppen.
