H\u00e4r har den f\u00e5tt s\u00e4llskap av en mangosalsa gjord p\u00e5 fryst mango, koriander, chili och lime. Med de r\u00e4tta tillbeh\u00f6ren blir det en riktig liten festm\u00e5ltid.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag hade sj\u00e4lv valt att servera tonfisken med bara spenaten och salsan &#8211; utan potatis. Jag gjorde klyftpotatis och stekt bladspenat med r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och citron, men tror nog det passar b\u00e4ttre med ris. En fr\u00e4sch sallad passar ocks\u00e5 fint till.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Du kan v\u00e4lja att steka tonfisken i en bit och sedan sk\u00e4ra upp den, som jag gjort, eller s\u00e5 sk\u00e4r du tonfisken <a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_0374.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-22245\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_0374-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0374\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_0374-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_0374-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_0374-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>i ganska tjocka skivor. L\u00e5t tonfisken g\u00e4rna ligga framme och bli lite mer rumstempererad innan du steker den. Krydda med salt och peppar och kanske lite chili om du som jag gillar det.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop salsan: blanda mangot\u00e4rningar med hackad chili, hackad koriander, limejuice och salt. Smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin balans p\u00e5 smakerna. Det ska vara syrligt-s\u00f6tt-starkt-salt. L\u00e5t salsan st\u00e5 och dra medan du g\u00f6r i ordning de \u00f6vriga tillbeh\u00f6r du valt.<\/p>\n<p>Strax innan servering halstrar du tonfisken i het stekpanna i lite olja, anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna en grillpanna som du ser p\u00e5 bilden och pensla d\u00e5 tonfisken med oljan eftersom oljan annars bara rinner ner och l\u00e4gger sig mellan ribbborna i pannan och ger os snarare \u00e4n hindrar tonfisken fr\u00e5n att fastna och trasas s\u00f6nder. Du ser p\u00e5 sidan av den n\u00e4r den b\u00f6rjar bli klar. Den f\u00e5r inte bli f\u00f6r genomstekt f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir den bara seg och tr\u00e5kig. Om du steker den hel som jag kan det vara bra att b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme f\u00f6r att sedan s\u00e4nka den n\u00e4r du v\u00e4nt p\u00e5 tonfisken. Ibland kan ett lock f\u00f6r att bevara v\u00e4rmen beh\u00f6vas men var f\u00f6rsiktig s\u00e5 den inte blir genomkokt.
