Tills\u00e4tt ingef\u00e4ra och chili och stek ett tag till. Stek lammf\u00e4rsen s\u00e5 den blir brynt. Tills\u00e4tt kryddorna, buljong, vatten, linser, tomater och tomatpur\u00e9. Se till att det finns tillr\u00e4ckligt med v\u00e4tska s\u00e5 att linserna t\u00e4cks och kan kokas mjuka. L\u00e5t puttra under lock, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. R\u00f6r ihop yoghurts\u00e5sen, raitan. Str\u00f6 extra paprikapulver och spiskummin \u00f6ver och dekorera med f\u00e4rsk koriander. Koka riset och fixa salladen eller om du v\u00e4ljer andra gr\u00f6nsaker. Jag serverade \u00e4ven broccoli till.
