Du l\u00e4gger gr\u00f6nsakerna l\u00e4ngst ner och lite runt sidorna och kycklingen i mitten. Kryddor och citronskal varvar du in emellan och vinet h\u00e4ller du \u00f6verst sist liksom tomaterna. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 grytan p\u00e5 6 timmar och l\u00e5t den st\u00e5. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. N\u00e4r den \u00e4r klar och du ska servera r\u00f6r du om ordentligt s\u00e5 allt blandas och k\u00f6ttet lossnar fr\u00e5n benen som du lyfter upp och sl\u00e4nger.
