Det blir en h\u00e4rlig smakkombination. Krama ur det du f\u00e5r kvar och \u00e4ven skalskivorna du skurit loss. Salta och peppra, tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6rvel och olivolja samt sherryvin\u00e4ger. B\u00f6rja med saften fr\u00e5n en citron och pr\u00f6va dig fram. Smaka av s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en fin balans. L\u00e5t dressingen st\u00e5 &nbsp;medan du g\u00f6r salladen:<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg upp den sk\u00f6ljda salladen p\u00e5 ett stort vackert uppl\u00e4ggningsfat. Jag lade romansalladbladen i en ring runtom och de \u00f6vriga salladsbladen i mitten. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 r\u00e4disskivorna och \u00e4ven gurkskivorna. Stek sparrisen och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 den n\u00e4r den svalnat en aning s\u00e5 den inte f\u00e5r salladen att vissna. Sk\u00e4r ut hinnfria grapefruktklyftor, l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 salladen. Halstra pilgrimsmusslorna kryddade med salt och peppar samt citron- och limeskal. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 salladen. Str\u00f6 salladsl\u00f6k \u00f6ver.
