Av den har vi bland annat gjort ett ljuvligt sm\u00f6r att servera till grillat eller gr\u00f6nsaker. Vi har \u00e4ven serverat den i en sm\u00f6rsky tillsammans med f\u00e4rsk spenat till delikat nykokt vit sparris. Du kan smaks\u00e4tta soppor, grytor, pastar\u00e4tter, s\u00e5ser och gr\u00f6nsaker med denna l\u00f6k d\u00e4r man man \u00e4ter bladen och stj\u00e4lkarna. Strimla och blanda i eller mixa ihop med cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche eller yoghurt. Nyttig \u00e4r den ocks\u00e5, och anses vara antiseptisk och maglugnande. Den kallas ibland f\u00f6r vild vitl\u00f6k och dess latinska namn \u00e4r bj\u00f6rnl\u00f6k. Kockarna \u00e4lskar den, och det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 varf\u00f6r med sin milda fr\u00e4scha vitl\u00f6kssmak och vackra intensivgr\u00f6na f\u00e4rg. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00f6r g\u00e4rna av dig om du har sp\u00e4nnande tips och recept med ramsl\u00f6k.
