R\u00e4tten passar bra att&nbsp;servera som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt eller som tillbeh\u00f6r till k\u00f6tt, fisk eller f\u00e5gel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det var n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan jag lagade den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten i denna tappning. Skala den d\u00e4refter noga med en potatisskalare s\u00e5 att alla tr\u00e5kiga tr\u00e5digheter f\u00f6rsvinner. Koka sparrisen i saltat vatten ca 20 minuter, k\u00e4nn med en sticka s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r genomkokt men inte f\u00f6r mjuk.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som sparrisen kokar g\u00f6r du sm\u00f6rskyn: Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull eller \u00e4nnu hellre vid stekpanna, g\u00e4rna teflon eller keramisk. N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret slutat bubbla h\u00e4ller du i vinet, l\u00e5ter det puttra ihop lite innan du l\u00e4gger du i ramsl\u00f6ken och spenaten, saltar och pepprar och l\u00e5ter bladen precis mjukna och vissna ner &#8211; ta direkt av v\u00e4rmen s\u00e5 de inte blir f\u00f6r slaka och soppiga.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r sparrisen \u00e4r klar h\u00e4ller du av vattnet, l\u00e4gg sparrisen p\u00e5 ett uppl\u00e4ggningsfat.
