Det brynta sm\u00f6ret f\u00e5r n\u00f6ttoner och blir lite fylligare, men b\u00e5da \u00e4r mycket goda. Har du tid kan du vispa sm\u00f6ret n\u00e4r det svalnat tillr\u00e4ckligt och sedan kyla det ordentligt. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Servera ditt ramsl\u00f6kssm\u00f6r till grillat av alla de slag, kokta gr\u00f6nsaker eller till ett gott br\u00f6d. Strimla den. Eller s\u00e5 sm\u00e4lter du det bara vanligt om du hellre vill det. L\u00e4gg i ramsl\u00f6kshacket och l\u00e5t det bara precis sm\u00e4lta ner n\u00e5gra sekunder. Tag av sm\u00f6ret fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t det svalna en stund. Mixa det med en stavmixer. Om du vill kan du vispa sm\u00f6ret fluffigt &#8211; det \u00e4r gott men d\u00e5 blir det ljusgr\u00f6nt i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r smaragdgr\u00f6nt. St\u00e4ll sm\u00f6ret att svalna i en serveringssk\u00e5l eller l\u00e4gg det i en rulle i sm\u00f6rg\u00e5spapper eller liknande om du vill sk\u00e4ra det i skivor till servering.
