Mina barn kan vr\u00e4ka i sig denna v\u00e5rprim\u00f6r med stor f\u00f6rtjusning f\u00f6r att sedan fascineras av den kemiska inverkan den har p\u00e5 urinen..:-)<\/h3>\n<p>Jag f\u00f6redrar att steka sparrisen. Men den som vill kan \u00e4ven koka den. Det \u00e4r viktigt att inte koka den f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge och att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka l\u00e5ta de sp\u00e4daste topparna sticka upp ur vattnet ett tag innan de ocks\u00e5 doppas ner s\u00e5 de inte blir s\u00f6nderkokta. De klarar sig b\u00e4ttre n\u00e4r man steker sparrisen, och dessutom blir smaken lite mer koncentrerad och konsistensen riktigt fin.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r bort den nedersta lite tr\u00e5digare delen av sparrisen. Skala sparrisens stj\u00e4lkar med en potatisskalare. Om den \u00e4r riktigt sp\u00e4d och fin beh\u00f6ver man inte det, men oftast blir den b\u00e4ttre av att skalas f\u00f6rsiktigt. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett fat och ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver. Str\u00f6 lite flingsalt \u00f6ver. Hetta upp en stekpanna eller \u00e4nnu hellre en grillpanna. Sparrisen kan sj\u00e4lvklart \u00e4ven grillas p\u00e5 en utegrill &#8211; passa bara s\u00e5 de inte br\u00e4nns. Stek sparrisen p\u00e5 mellanh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme och skaka runt dem d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 inte blir br\u00e4nda. N\u00e4r de verkar har blivit lagom mjuka men inte f\u00f6r sladdriga \u00e4r de f\u00e4rdiga.
