Jag f\u00e5r laga maten igen s\u00e5 kan ta b\u00e4ttre bilder. Tills vidare f\u00e5r ni h\u00e5lla tillgodo med denna.:)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 dl quinoa &#8211; kokt enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen<\/p>\n<p>1-2 mogna avokados, skurna i t\u00e4rningar\/sm\u00e5 bitar<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra stj\u00e4lkar salladsl\u00f6k, v\u00e4l sk\u00f6ljd och strimlad<\/p>\n<p>en n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk mynta, hackad<\/p>\n<p>ca 1 dl granat\u00e4pplek\u00e4rnor<\/p>\n<p>tofu, skuren i skivor<\/p>\n<p>kokosolja eller olivolja till stekning<\/p>\n<p>chilikrydda<\/p>\n<p>shiracha till servering<\/p>\n<p><em>Till dressingen:&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>saft fr\u00e5n 1-2 citroner<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk tahini<\/p>\n<p>2 cm riven ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>ca 2 msk soja (jag anv\u00e4nder Kikkoman)<\/p>\n<p>peppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som quinoan kokar sk\u00e4r du upp och fixar \u00f6vriga ingredienser, blandar ihop dressingen och steker tofun med n\u00e5gon god chili eller chilikrydda. Blanda den kokta quinoan med \u00f6vriga ingredienser och servera tofun bredvid. Dekorera g\u00e4rna med f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter.
