Potatisen stektes i halvor i olivolja med lite vitl\u00f6k, citronhalvor, salt och peppar, tomaterna tillsattes och p\u00e5 slutet \u00e4ven ruccola, f\u00e4rsk basilika och sl\u00e4tbladig persilja samt rivet citronskal. Den stekta citronen pressades \u00f6ver, en skv\u00e4tt extra virgine olivolja och du har ett tillbeh\u00f6r som \u00e4r b\u00e5de vackert och gott.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_1037.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-22467\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_1037-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1037\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_1037-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_1037-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/05\/IMG_1037-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><strong>S\u00e5h\u00e4r i Covid-tider d\u00e4r resandet \u00e4r obefintligt kan det vara h\u00e4rligt att l\u00e4ngta sig s\u00f6derut genom att p\u00e5minnas om Italien med denna h\u00e4rliga potatis.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5ngsambakad torskrygg, stekt gr\u00f6n sparris och ramsl\u00f6kssm\u00f6r serverades till. Men potatisen passar \u00e4ven till annan fisk, k\u00f6tt, kyckling, grillat eller inte samt p\u00e5 en buff\u00e9 eftersom den blir som en slags ljummen potatissallad. Om du har potatishalvor steker du dem mest p\u00e5 snittytan, medan hela sm\u00e5 potatisar b\u00f6r skakas runt s\u00e5 de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg runtom. L\u00e5t \u00e4ven citronhalvorna stekas med snittytan ned\u00e5t i kanten av pannan. Salt och peppra. N\u00e4r det b\u00f6rjar bli klart l\u00e4gger du i ruccolan, lyfter ur citronhalvorna s\u00e5 de svalnar lite. Pressa citron \u00f6ver, tills\u00e4tt basilika och persilja, smaka av med salt och peppar. L\u00e4gg upp och ringla olivolja \u00f6ver.
