R\u00f6r ordentligt s\u00e5 att det blir en sl\u00e4t smet. St\u00e4ll muffinsformar p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. Smeten r\u00e4cker till ca 20 kakor. Klicka i smet i formarna och gr\u00e4dda dem i 175 grader 5-8 minuter. Passa noga! De ska fortfarande vara kladdiga inuti &#8211; det g\u00f6r inget att de beh\u00f6ver \u00e4tas med sked, det blir godast s\u00e5:) L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got och dekorera med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r.
