Men nu \u00e5ter till denna goda fr\u00e4scha sallad som du kan \u00e4ta som den \u00e4r med n\u00e5gra salladsblad och ett gott br\u00f6d eller servera som tillbeh\u00f6r till grillat eller annat. Sk\u00f6lj kaprisen. Anv\u00e4nder du kapris inlagd i salt \u00e4r det viktigt att l\u00e5ta den laka ur ordentligt. Sk\u00f6lj den noga och l\u00e5t rinna av. Dela de urk\u00e4rnade oliverna i halvor. Blanda ner kapris och oliver i tomathacket. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven strimlad l\u00f6k eller salladsl\u00f6k. Man kan \u00e4ven g\u00e4rna tills\u00e4tta finhackad vitl\u00f6k. Smula \u00f6ver fetaosten, peppra och krydda med sumac. Smula i oregano. Klipp \u00f6ver f\u00e4rsk basilika. Ringla rikligt med olivolja \u00f6ver och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan tills det \u00e4r dags att servera.
