Sallad hade vi till exempel gl\u00f6mt att k\u00f6pa, men tomater och potatis hade vi &#8211; och grillade skalade paprikor. I Spanien kan man k\u00f6pa dem f\u00e4rdiggrillade och -skalade inlagda i olivolja medan hemma f\u00e5r vi \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge g\u00f6ra jobbet sj\u00e4lva fast det \u00e4r v\u00e4l v\u00e4rt det eftersom det blir v\u00e4ldigt gott. L\u00e4gg d\u00e4refter p\u00e5 lite av den gula l\u00f6ken, skuren i skivor. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 strimlor av r\u00f6d paprika. L\u00e4gg d\u00e4refter p\u00e5 tonfisken, toppa med l\u00f6kskivor och sardellfil\u00e9er. Krydda med \u00f6rter, salt och peppar. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 olivolja och lite sherryvin\u00e4ger.
