Tills\u00e4tt korven, h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen lite och stek den s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r fin yta. Tills\u00e4tt de kokta gr\u00f6nsakerna, \u00f6rter, peppar och chili. Men spara gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken till att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver den f\u00e4rdiga frittatan. Fr\u00e4s runt ett tag innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 de uppvispade \u00e4ggen samtidigt som du s\u00e4nker v\u00e4rmen. Lyft hela tiden p\u00e5 \u00e4ggstanningen s\u00e5 att det rinner ner \u00e4ggsmet mot pannans botten, men var f\u00f6rsiktigt s\u00e5 det inte blir \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. En omelett ska fortfarande h\u00e5lla ihop. Det brukar bli b\u00e4st n\u00e4r man s\u00e4nker temperaturen och l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 ett lock efter ett tag. Passa s\u00e5 den inte blir br\u00e4nd i botten. Man kan \u00e4ven st\u00e4lla in den i ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader om stekpannans handtag klarar det. N\u00e4r den stelnat str\u00f6r du gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k \u00f6ver och ringlar p\u00e5 lite olivolja.
