Det skulle inte f\u00f6rv\u00e5na mig om spanjorerna kallar det mexikanskt ris:) H\u00e4r har jag i Spanien gjort en version med extra allt &#8211; tonfisk, broccoli och massa goda kryddor som h\u00e4rlig smaks\u00e4ttning. Det blir en praktisk allt-i-ett-r\u00e4tt som passar v\u00e4ldigt bra p\u00e5 semestern n\u00e4r man har ett enklare k\u00f6k. Servera g\u00e4rna en fr\u00e4sch sallad till. P\u00e5 bilden saknas det och r\u00e4tten ser bra mycket tristare ut \u00e4n vad den smakar.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Broccolin kan bytas ut mot b\u00f6nor eller \u00e4rtor.<a href=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1537.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-22702\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1537-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1537\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1537-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1537-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2015\/07\/IMG_1537-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>3 1\/2 dl ris<\/p>\n<p>3-5 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>5-6 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k, skalad och hackad<\/p>\n<p>1 stor eller 2 knippen f\u00e4rsk broccoli, delad i sm\u00e5 bitar (anv\u00e4nd \u00e4ven den delikata stj\u00e4lken!)<\/p>\n<p>ca 4 cm f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och finhackad<\/p>\n<p>1 chili, hackad<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rter, t.ex. rosmarin, basilika, timjan &amp; oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 mogen citron, skalad och hackad<\/p>\n<p>2-3 buljongt\u00e4rningar<\/p>\n<p>peppar &#8211; g\u00e4rna blandpeppar<\/p>\n<p>1 dl vitt vin<\/p>\n<p>3-4 f\u00e4rska tomater, hackade<\/p>\n<p>ca 6-7 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>2-3 burkar tonfisk av bra kvalitet<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k mjuk i olivolja p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den blir mjuk och fin i smaken utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt chili, ingef\u00e4ra, kryddor och riset. Fr\u00e4s riset ett tag innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 vinet, l\u00e5t puttra lite innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 buljongen eller buljongt\u00e4rningarna och vattnet samt den hackade citronen s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r koka med och ge fin smak. L\u00e4gg \u00e4ven i broccolin och tomaterna. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och l\u00e5t koka upp. Dra ner till l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 och sv\u00e4lla tills riset blivit mjukt och v\u00e4tskan absorberats. Mot slutet av koktiden l\u00e4gger du tonfisken ovanp\u00e5 och &#8221;hackar ner&#8221; den n\u00e5got i riset s\u00e5 den v\u00e4rms. R\u00f6r runt och str\u00f6 g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter eller gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k \u00f6ver.
