Pressa lime \u00f6ver papayabitarna och p\u00e4ronbitarna &#8211; i det f\u00f6rsta fallet f\u00f6r att ge fin smak och ta bort lite av den annars fadda smaken, i det andra fallet f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra p\u00e4ronk\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n att oxidera och m\u00f6rkna. Blanda allt frukthack. St\u00e4ll kallt att svalna.
