L\u00e5t koka upp, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Efter ett litet tag lyfter du upp gelatinbladen ur vattnet och l\u00e4gg dem direkt i gr\u00e4ddblandningen. R\u00f6r om ordentligt. N\u00e4r gr\u00e4ddblandningen svalnat lite ytterligare tills\u00e4tter du citronjuicen. D\u00e5 kan gr\u00e4dden l\u00e4tt tjockna en aning men det \u00e4r helt okej. N\u00e4r du tycker gr\u00e4ddblandningen svalnat tillr\u00e4ckligt f\u00f6r att kunna h\u00e4llas i sk\u00e5lar eller kanske \u00e4nnu hellre vackra glas utan att de spricker h\u00e4ller du upp pannacottan. St\u00e4ll den i kylen att stelna i minst tv\u00e5 timmar tills den &#8221;stannat&#8221; helt.
